About Manupatra by Credit Card
Manupatra by credit card is a document retrieval service from Manupatra.
With either a credit card or a Manupatra subscription, you
have instant access to an extensive array of materials on Manupatra,
including Supreme Court & High Court Judgments, Central
and State Acts, Draft documents, Notifications etc.
Understanding
Pricing
Your usage in this service can be paid by having charges
billed to your Manupatra account, if you have one. Pricing for
Searching and retrieving documents will vary from document to
document. For each document a prompt will be displayed. This prompt lists
the price that would be applicable to the transaction you may have
selected.
During
registration you establish a credit card account, to which charges are billed.
If you have a Manupatra subscription, you can also establish a
credit card account.
If you pay by credit
card:
The price of retrieving a document or searching will vary
depending on the type of document.
Charges are applied monthly to the credit card you provide
at the time of registration.
Documents Retrieving
You can retrieve a document via the following methods:
By finding a document using its citation or title or
word(s)/phrase.
By clicking a link for a referenced document in an already retrieved
document
Searching
You are charged for a Search. A search within
a search is also charged. A document that you have retrieved can be viewed for
3 days without incurring any additional charge. If you click on a
hyperlink in a document you would be charged for the document.
Printing
Printing charges are included in the cost of each retrieved
document. In other words, while you are viewing a document you can
print it at no extra charge. Documents can also be printed using PDF
option without any additional charge.
