PRE-PAID CARD

Prepaid cards are suitable for clients who need to access manupatra database less frequently.  The prepaid cards are available in denomination of Rs. 10000/- with the validity period of 1 year.

Note: 
A.  Pre-paid cards are valid for 1 year or till such time your card amount is not exhausted whichever is earlier. however if the same is recharged within 10 days of the expiry of the card, the unused amount will be added to the renewed amount. 
 
B. The activation charges of Rs.150.00 are included  for First time User.   Activation Charges are not applicable in case of a recharge.
 
C. Pre-paid cards also includes Service Tax @12.36 %

Cost of documents

When you use Transactional Pricing (Prepaid Card), you incur a charge for each transaction you complete.  Transaction includes retrieving a document using search (manu Search/Legal Search) or a hypertext link or search within search.

Non Chargeable Transactions

The following features, services and databases are free on which you do not incur any transactional charges.

• Case Summary section under Supreme Court.
   

• Table of Content.
    

• Cause Lists, Associations, Directory, Maxims, Links, Supreme Court Status, Daily Court Order, Calendar.
   

• You can view the document viewed, for three days from the date you first viewed the document without paying again.  This can be viewed from Account Status. 
   

• "Print this Page" and "Email this page" is not chargeable

Chargeable Transactions

The following requests are considered chargeable transactions under the Transactional Pricing Method :

• Retrieving documents using Search
   

• Retrieving documents using Hypertext Links, including documents displayed on the TOC or Search Within Search.
   

• Every search is chargeable @ Rs. 10/- per search. 

Note : A transaction charge is incurred as soon as a document begins to load.  Therefore, even if you click your browser's stop or back button before the document is displayed on your screen, you will be charged for the transaction.
